With over 25 years of countryside management experience, the Norwich Fringe Project works with volunteer groups, local communities and parish councils to look after the countryside around Norwich. We provide a full Countryside Management Service, looking after a range of habitats and sites including woodlands, meadows, marshes, heathlands and ponds.
You may have been asked to manage a woodland, meadow, marshland or pond belonging to someone else, or be part of an organisation which has jointly taken on the care of one of these green areas. Or you may have recently purchased a piece of land that you would like to conserve, protect and promote native wildlife and flora.
Whatever the case may be, we can help you with our tailored, professional approach to your ecological and countryside management requirements by providing the following expertise: planning and budgeting; management and delivery; specialist skills and risk assessments. In addition, the project can offer consultancy in ecological surveys, submitting volunteer grant applications and helping develop your volunteer group.
Please click on one of the management scenarios below for a summary of the service and a list of case studies from our portfolio that you can have a look at and consider.
If we could help you with your requirements, then please contact us here and leave your query. We look forward to hearing from you and working with you to achieve your countryside management goals.
